Horticulture (41-44-M/01)

This study lasts four years and it is finished by the leaving examination. The lessons are divided into theoretical and practical parts. During your studies you will get the driving licence for tractors.

School leavers can assert as:

• technicians of planting and maintenance of gardens and parks
• businessmen in the sale and arrangemant of flowers
• businessmen in the branch of projection and maintenance of green areas
• technicians of productive orchards
• businessmen in the branch of horticulture
• students of universities

As we are a boarding school, there is a possibility to stay at the hall of residence for those who live far from České Budějovice. There is a wide choice of various activities for your leisure time. All-day board is provided in the shool canteen located in the school building.

Our school is open for those interested in studies and their parents on Wednesdays from l4.00 - l7.00 during October, November, December, January and February (or at any time if you call in advance).

Factors indicating the admission:

• the results of the entrance examination
• school reports from the eight and ninth forms
